Zack Greinke traded from Brewers to Angels

ANAHEIM, Calif. — the Los Angeles Angels made their latest big move Friday, acquiring ace pitcher Zack Greinke from the Milwaukee Brewers for rookie shortstop Jean Segura and two minor leaguers.

“It should be fun. They are a great team,” Greinke said in Milwaukee when the deal was completed. “After the first month of the season, they have been one of the best teams in baseball. there is a lot of talent there. a lot of great players. the pitching staff will be pretty incredible.”

Greinke joins an outstanding rotation that includes fellow All-Stars Jered Weaver, Dan Haren, Wilson and Ervin Santana, who has struggled badly this season. the Angels began the day five games behind first-place Texas in the AL West but in position for a wild card.

“It’s an exciting day,” first-year general manager Jerry Dipoto said. “We hope that this move will be not just a short-term gain, but one that’s good for the organization. We’re excited to see what kind of a difference he can make.”

The rival Rangers were among several teams thought to be pursuing Greinke, along with the Braves and White Sox. to land him, Los Angeles also sent Double-A right-handers Ariel Pena and Johnny Hellweg to Milwaukee.

“I tried to narrow it down to four or five teams and then as we moved on zeroed in on three teams and then it got down to two teams at the end,” Milwaukee general manager Doug Melvin said. “We had two good offers. It was very close between the two teams at the end.”

Greinke, the 2009 AL Cy Young Award winner, is 9-3 with a 3.44 ERA in 21 starts this season. the 28-year-old right-hander can become a free agent after the World Series.

Due to changes in baseball’s new collective bargaining agreement, the Angels will not receive draft-pick compensation if Greinke leaves as a free agent next winter. the pitcher didn’t rule out re-signing with Milwaukee.

“I am going to miss my time here. It was a lot of fun,” he said. “We have a great group of guys. we really liked each other and got along.”

Greinke last pitched on Tuesday, limiting the Philadelphia Phillies to one run in seven innings. he also homered off Cliff Lee.

Angels right fielder Torii Hunter called the move “awesome.”

“Having Zack Greinke over here, you can’t beat it. He’s one of the elite pitchers in the game,” Hunter said. “This is the best pitching staff I’ve been a part of in my career.”

Greinke was scheduled to pitch Sunday for the Brewers. Instead, he’ll start for the Angels against Tampa Bay.

Milwaukee obtained Greinke from the Kansas City Royals before the 2011 season. he helped the Brewers win the NL Central and reach the league championship series, but Milwaukee (44-54) has slumped to fourth place this year after free-agent slugger Prince Fielder left for Detroit last offseason.

Melvin said trading Greinke was a difficult decision.

“I am very fond of Zack, not only as a player but as a person. he is one of my favorite players that I’ve ever been associated with. It makes it a little bit tougher,” the GM explained. “We had to make a decision to turn the page. these three players are players we feel good about. Zack is going to be a great addition for the Angels and help them out. we appreciate everything he did for us. he did all we can ask of him.”

But with Greinke in position to seek contract offers in excess of $100 million next winter, the Brewers decided to get what they could for him.

“It’s not something I hoped to do at this time of the year,” Melvin said. “I had hoped to be in a position to maybe acquire a player. That’s the way the game goes sometimes.”

Greinke is 85-76 with a 3.79 ERA in nine major league seasons. Early in his career with Kansas City, he walked away from baseball for a while because of social anxiety disorder, a condition he has learned to handle. but some question whether he’d be a comfortable fit in a large media market.

“We’re not in the mode right now of discussing 2013 and beyond,” Dipoto said. “We’re going to let Zack come in and settle in with the Angels. I think he wants to be here. He’s excited about the move and excited about coming here and playing with a team that’s in a position like we are.”

The 22-year-old Segura, considered one of the best prospects in the Angels’ system, was called up to the big leagues Tuesday and went 0 for 3 with two strikeouts against the Royals. he was batting .294 with seven homers and 33 stolen bases at Double-A Arkansas, where Hellweg and Pena were among his teammates.

The 6-foot-9 Hellweg was 5-10 with a 3.38 ERA in 21 starts for Arkansas. Pena was 6-6 with a 2.99 ERA in 19 starts, and his 111 strikeouts were tied for second in the Texas League.

Baseball America ranked Hellweg as the Angels’ fourth-best prospect going into this season. Pena was rated ninth. both pitchers are 23.

All three new acquisitions for the Brewers are headed to Double-A Huntsville.

“We went into this without presuming that we were going to make any moves,” Dipoto said. “But when you’re given the opportunity to acquire a player like that, you’re going to go a little over and beyond. It was going to be pretty fierce competition to gain his services. we were aggressive and made the deal today with players, quite frankly, that are painful to lose.”

NOTES: the Angels also placed SS Erick Aybar on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to July 22, because of a broken big toe on his right foot. INF Andrew Romine was recalled from Triple-A Salt Lake and OF Vernon Wells, sidelined since may 21 with a torn ligament in his right thumb that required surgery, was activated from the DL.

NBA owners want to kill Olympic format to protect investment in international players

LONDON – Together, LeBron James and Kobe Bryant watched the final minutes on the far end of the Americans’ bench, the two most transcendent players in the world cheering on teammates, sharing some laughs and understanding that Olympic basketball had been one of the best things to ever happen to them.

For James, it helped him become a champion. For Bryant, it helped him become one again. They’ve never had much of a friendship, but they do share this unmistakable bond: They drive the revenue, the ratings and relevance in the NBA. They’re the most public faces of Team USA’s transformation from a lost program to a gold-medal standard.

“The Olympics are a huge for-profit endeavor,” Dallas owner Mark Cuban told Yahoo! Sports on Sunday. “It makes no sense that NBA owners subsidize it.”

As expected, Team USA obliterated France 98-71 on Sunday, beginning the Americans’ march toward a gold medal in these Olympic Games. When it was over, Bryant made the case for the NBA to hold onto Olympic basketball for its star players. He made the case for the way the Lakers had come together as champions after Bryant and Pau Gasol played in the 2008 Olympics, and how James won the MVP and on and on.

“Why is this an issue again?” Bryant wondered.

It is an issue because it transcends Team USA, and that’s something that Bryant, Kevin love, several more teammates, and the public still haven’t grasped. This isn’t about sending young Americans to the Olympics to play older teams, but the NBA cutting a deal with FIBA to make the Olympics a completely under-23 tournament. For NBA teams, the ability to control their talent in a rebranded World Cup of Basketball goes far past benefiting financially in ways that the IOC will never allow.

This is the fight now, but everyone knows how it will end: The owners are organized, unified, and determined to make the World Cup of Basketball the financial boon that they always believed a European expansion of NBA franchises could be for them. They’re determined to control the way that medical staff administer to players in whom they’ve invested hundreds of millions of dollars, control the circumstances under which those players are cleared to play with injury, and ultimately, control the fate of guaranteed contracts they’re obligated to pay.

As one Western Conference GM told Yahoo! Sports, in responding to Team USA players saying they want final say over whether they play in the Olympics: “If players take this control, should they also take the risk on their contract money?”

[ Video: Team USA on ongoing prank war ]

NBA owners and executives worry far less about sending their players to participate with Team USA than they do the rest of the world’s teams. after all, there’s a different nationalistic pressure for elite international players to participate on national teams. For Bryant, the toll on his body is minimal: USA Basketball controls practice time for its veterans and needed to play him only 12 minutes in the victory over France. There’s never a singular talent that the Americans couldn’t win a gold medal without on the floor.

Across the floor, the burden on the San Antonio Spurs’ Tony Parker was immense. For years, he has labored to get France into the Olympics, and has played with serious injuries in international competitions. He logs significant minutes, and once had France’s doctors clear him to play despite sustaining a broken finger. Manu Ginobili tore an ankle ligament for Argentina in the 2008 Olympics and needed surgery. The Netherlands once cleared former Spurs center Francisco Elson to play with a fractured eye socket.

Spurs general manager R.C. Buford has been on the forefront of mining the globe’s most diverse talent, and has always believed that his franchise has benefited from his players’ international experiences. nevertheless, Buford told Yahoo! this in the 2008 Olympics, and his sense of the issue is unchanged: “Even among the national teams, you have a real inconsistency of care with no set of agreed-upon guidelines between FIBA and the NBA. The quality of care is different between an NBA team and national teams, but it’s even different among the national teams themselves.

[ Related: First lady joins post-game victory celebration ]

“In the especially poorer countries, they don’t always have the national team doctor at the tournament with them, and they’re using a freelance doctor who may have or not have experience with sports injuries, nor the understanding of the risk-rewards of clearing a guy to play who has a $100 million contract.”

Whatever the issues with Bryant’s knees, the Los Angeles Lakers will never tell him to stay out of the Olympics. They understand he’s wired to compete, chasing championships and gold medals and a significant share of the swoosh’s global shoe market. Mostly, the Lakers understand that Bryant’s advancing age and diminishing knees would never deter him, that he simply wouldn’t sit out London.

In the end, Bryant and James deliver incredible revenue and value to the Olympic basketball tournament, and the owners are tired of watching the IOC bank it. yet the motivation of changing the Olympic basketball format goes far deeper than Team USA, than the sports’ biggest stars. The biggest fights between owners and players always do.

And yet, just remember how those fights always end, who always wins. There sat Kobe and LeBron on Sunday, watching the final minutes of one more USA Basketball blowout together under the Olympic rings. Take a good long look at them here in London, and understand that we’ll never, ever see this again.

“after a much-needed reunion with her daughter, Ricki, Emily starts her hometown adventures on the bustling streets of Chicago, where Chris is located. he takes her on a walking tour of the city and for a taste of his family’s heritage at a local Polish restaurant. the conversation turns serious as Chris once again apologizes for his childish behavior on their last group date. now with the air cleared, it seems smooth sailing from here. Emily feels instantly comfortable with Chris’ tight knit family, but they are worried he will end up brokenhearted. will Chris take a giant leap of faith and share the depth of his true feelings for her? the celebration is just getting started as his extended family shows up for some traditional Polish festivities.

Then it’s on to St. George, Utah, to visit Jef, the cool, laid-back entrepreneur. Arriving at his family ranch, Emily is caught off guard not only by the beauty of this desert paradise, but by Jef’s country boy appeal to match his more sophisticated side. the couple enjoys an afternoon together, shooting targets and touring the ranch. Emily’s early confidence fades as she nervously meets Jef’s siblings, knowing that they have rejected his past girlfriends. his older brother hints that she might be the kind of woman to motivate this on-the-go bachelor to settle down. But even if his brothers and sisters warm up to her, do they think she is the right fit for their family? Jef has one more surprise for Emily – and it’s one of the most romantic hometown moments in Bachelorette history. But will it be enough to seal the deal for the next rose?

Emily goes for a real change of pace when she meets Arie, the professional race car driver, at an Arizona racetrack. when he arrives in a racecar, Emily is up for the challenge of riding with him. the couple’s breathtaking spin around the track, leaves Emily happy and exhilarated. But Arie is very anxious about the potential culture clash between her and his very European family – especially his skeptical mother. he is right to worry. as if she weren’t already uncomfortable, Emily feels completely excluded when Arie’s family begins speaking Dutch in front on her. will a heart-to-heart talk between the Bachelorette and Arie’s mother save this hometown date from turning into a disaster?

Finally, Emily journeys to Dallas, the home of the tall, handsome bachelor Sean, who seems to be everything she has always wanted in a husband. as they spend the morning picnicking in the park, he explains about his last failed relationship and reveals that he has vowed never to become serious with another woman unless he was going to spend his life with her. Emily is very impressed with Sean’s honesty, but she is in for a rude awakening. he reveals a painfully embarrassing secret once he brings her to his parent’s home. Is this the end for Emily’s supposedly perfect guy?

Emily’s feelings have deepened for all four bachelors, so when she returns to Los Angeles for the rose ceremony, she is faced with the impossible decision to let one man go. however, she sadly does say good-bye to one stunned and heartbroken bachelor. the Bachelorette and final three men get ready to leave for their next exotic destination — Curacao – where Emily will need to face the dilemma of the overnight dates.”

Since the spoilers have already claimed that Arie, Jef, and Sean make the final three, I guess it’s safe to assume Chris gets the boot this week. wonder what Jef does that is so amazing? and what is Sean hiding? Cosmetic Surgery Deaths: Statistics of Deaths from Cosmetic Surgery

Death is an event that is inevitable in most cases. in the field of health and medicine though, it is a matter of negligence or incompetence. Cosmetic surgery deaths are issues that have surfaced in the eye of the public because of their occurrence among celebrities.

Cosmetic surgery deaths relating to anesthesia is more common than other incidents relating to other causes of death in cosmetic surgery. its highest probability of occurrence is one out of thirteen thousands, and its lowest is one out of three hundred thousand. Liposuction-related cosmetic surgery deaths are estimated to occur in every five thousand cases; and in the same research that found this statistics, all of the cases involved the usage of general anesthesia. Tummy-tuck related is accounted for at one per six hundred cases.  in older patients, the occurrence of death for those who undergo facelift is one per six hundred cases. It should be noted though that there has been no recorded cosmetic surgery deaths relating to breast implants, eyelid tucks, and other minor surgeries.

Cosmetic surgery deaths occur because of the lack of competence and due care of surgeons and patients alike. thus, it is very important that you know how to find for competent surgeons who are not only adept with the technology and medical procedures but are also capable of showing great care and consideration for patients. It is equally important too that you know what you must do before and after the surgery so that you will be fully knowledgeable and ready to necessities of that will help you prevent complications that could lead to death.

With respect to the credibility of the doctor or surgeon, you can do the following and help prevent the occurrence of cosmetic surgery deaths:

  • Ask for their certification and membership in medical boards. Confirm his claims with the relevant organizations. do not undergo surgery under the hands of a doctor without proper accreditation. It helps to know that he has undergone proper and vast training in the specific surgical field he is practicing. Passing the board exams somehow gives an assurance that he has the competent knowledge, expertise, and skills needed to safely perform a procedure.
  • Check the credibility of his credentials with organizations such as the school where he studied, hospitals where he had his internship, and former employers. You could even go as far as contacting current and former clients to see how the actual surgeries have changed their lives and physical attributes.
  • Do a check online and with the assistance of the boards he is affiliated with to check if there are any malpractice suits or complaints against him.

Face Lift Mexico – How I Selected My Plastic Surgeon «

Submitted by Sue Teague, Retired RN,  CosMed Patient & Guest Blogger

PART 1 in a series of blog posts by an actual patient who had plastic surgery in Mexico.

Some girls dream of marrying rich or becoming a movie star.  Not me—I had no career or marriage ambitions.  I’m no Barbie but, I knew from about the age of 35, that I would one day have a face lift.

Almost 30 years later, here I am recuperating from a full facelift performed by Dr. Quiroz at CosMed and blogging about it!

Come with me on this blog as I share some experiences on the way to my facelift surgery and beyond!

Though my resolve to have a facelift was made almost 30 years ago, the triggering events preceding my surgery are significant.  one does not surrender their most unique physical identity—one’s face—to the medical system without serious examination.

Fortunately, I was a fairly youthful-looking woman into my 50’s even with significant sun damage to my skin.  as I began to see evidence that my face was structurally changing, I told myself that other people my age were much worse off and it was not yet time for a facelift.

Life changed drastically when the doctor informed my husband and me in 2007 that he had a terminal cancer with a remaining lifespan of “around two years” with aggressive management.  Thus, began the disintegration of my life…and my face.  for, during the next two years, all my physical and emotional resources as wife, friend, nurse, patient advocate would be subjected to unimaginable demands.

What the doctors did not warn me about was the toll that these years would take on my mind, body and spirit.   During that heartbreaking period, I gained about 20 lbs. and my face fell– along with my hope for the future.

My husband died in 2009—days after my 62nd birthday– and I concentrated on reconstructing my life as a single, elderly woman.  by that time, I was in Women’s clothes sizes and barely glanced at myself in a mirror.

I restarted my previous lifestyle, begun with my late husband, as an RV’er and traveled across the country with my little dog.  I happily embraced the challenges of travel alone as I visited friends and family across the country.  I did not linger too long at the mirror and avoided being “up front and close” in photos.

Then one day, I saw a photo of myself that stopped me in my tire tracks.  My head was lowered and I had a second rogue chin under my real chin!  and, although my face was in a “neutral” expression,  I looked angry!

I began to really look at my face, as I had not done in many years.  I googled “aging face” and learned the inescapable truth about deteriorating facial muscle structures and how that muscle laxity was unpredictable but inevitable.  I also learned my two- year caregiving experience had negative consequences, causing elevated hormone production, prolonged inflammation and adverse impact on the immune system.  I came to better understand why I was looking at a face that looked as if it had aged a decade in just two years!  I think of this as the end of the Phase 1 of my facelift—the breakthrough of denial of the damage that age and circumstances had dealt to my face and acceptance that now was the time for my facelift!

How I found my Plastic Surgeon — Product/Service, Science, Experience

Phase 2 began with my computer as my helper.  I keystroked through the cosmetic marketing hype and bookmarked information, weeding out the derivative, broker-mediated websites.  I looked for inconsistencies, errors and carelessness on the websites and eliminated these out of hand.   I found the Top 5 primary cosmetic clinics and targeted them for intense scrutiny.

I learned all I could about the different kinds of facelifts–and there are many!  I learned that the “deep plane” facelift was the gold standard and expected to last 10-15 years.  I then began to research the surgeons and costs in my area and in Mexico.

I submitted a set of photos for a virtual consultation to my Top 5 clinics in Tijuana for opinions and pricing.  I visited one cosmetic surgeon in my local area.

Research became my new full-time retirement job.  I continued to search the doctors in Mexico who were doing facelift surgeries.  I read everything I could find in TV and magazine media about surgery in Mexico.   I googled medical journal sites to see who was doing research and writing about it.   I visited forums devoted to cosmetic surgery.

I finally chose CosMed and Dr. Quiroz after about a month of the Phase 2 “fact-gathering” process.  one cannot research and read forever and, at some point, must take the information at hand and decide to act—or not.  the selection started in the fact-finding, objective mode, but in the end, it is subjective based on a myriad of impressions.  there are many objective reasons I chose Dr. Quiroz and CosMed, but ultimately, it was a “feel” that sealed the deal!

After selection, the mechanics of making arrangements was simple.  it one of the goals of CosMed to create an experience for their clientele that minimizes apprehension and inconvenience.  Joyce is a reassuring and down-to-earth facilitator and made it all Easy Peasy!

The first step is to make your deposit and schedule your surgery date.  if you are near a Wells Fargo Bank (and who isn’t?), it is simple to make a direct deposit and Joyce emailed all detailed instructions.

The second step is to get your “medicals” done.  Knowing that I would need a full blood test (because of my medical training), I delayed my usual annual blood work so most of the specific, surgery-related cost would be absorbed by medical insurance coverage and minimize my out-of-pocket cost.

The surgeon required a Complete Blood Panel (CBC), a Complete Metabolic Panel (CMC), an EKG, a blood-clotting test (PTT) and HIV screening.  (Additionally, if you are of childbearing age, you will need pregnancy clearance tests.)  My primary care physician cooperated when I showed him Dr. Quiroz’s written request for these tests.  I got copies of all test results, scanned them into my computer, and emailed them to CosMed.

Last, I completed my travel itinerary and emailed that to CosMed.  with each step, I received a telephone confirmation that my correspondence had been received.

On Saturday, the day prior to my departure, I got a phone call from the transportation agent who would be picking me up at the airport.  On Sunday, the day before my scheduled surgery, I arrived at San Diego Airport and, with a phone call describing my exact location, watched the ground transportation agent drive up about 15 minutes later.  Our SUV zipped over the border without slowing down during the 20-minute trip.  all the vehicle’s occupants chattered excitedly about their upcoming procedures!

I was delivered to the entrance of the new CosMed clinic and entered an impressive lobby reception area where I was asked to sign in.  Though I was unable to read or understand a word of the sign in process, it was quickly accomplished and I was taken upstairs to a security-coded entry door into the Recovery Boutique.  there, I was checked in by the reception staff and taken to a tastefully-designed private room.  I noted with surprise that the hospital bed had a bed skirt on it—something I have never seen or even knew existed!  however, this underscored the attention to detail by the designer and effort to reduce the appearance of a clinical setting and minimize the cues that create apprehension.

Almost as soon as I sat down on my bed with a sigh of relief, the staff asked if I wanted something to eat and brought me a tray with some delicious food, which appeared to be “home-cooked.”  I later found out that all the food was prepared by caterer off-premises.the next morning, an attendant came to me and asked me to check-in upstairs in the surgical suite in 5 minutes.  Holy Excitement!  It’s totally real now and I’m on my way!

Stay tuned for Sue’s next blog post as she continues her plastic surgery journey.

Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Blog – Harley Medical Group » Blog Archive » Rise in ‘mummy makeovers’ sees more women reclaim their original figure after pregnancy

Published on July 6, 2012 by Peter Ramsay

More mums are making the decision not to put up with their post-pregnancy body and choosing instead to reclaim the figure they had before giving birth.

Having children can have some acute effects on a woman’s body and according to Rhode Island plastic surgeon Dr Lori Polacek, an increasing number of mothers are choosing to have these changes reversed.

Mummy makeovers involve a number of procedures being carried out at once, which may include liposuction, a tummy tuck and breast enhancement surgery.

“from what I’ve seen at my practice, the number of mothers looking to reclaim their original figures through plastic surgery has grown considerably,” Dr Polacek said.

“I credit recent advances in both surgical and anaesthetic techniques, which have made it safer and more efficient to perform multiple surgeries at once.”

Dr Polacek also believes that the faster recovery rates mean women are happier to have multiple procedures carried out, content in the knowledge that they will soon be able to carry on with their normal daily life.

She added: “I think busy mums are more comfortable sculpting their bodies from a multi-directional approach, knowing that they’ll be back to their normal routines sooner.”

US medical tourists turned away by Zurich hospital for fear of lawsuits

Zurich University Hospital / Image via onkologie.usz.ch Sep 20, 2009

Zurich University Hospital has stopped treating North American “medical tourists”, fearing million-dollar claims from litigious patients if operations go wrong.

Hospitals in canton Valais have also adopted measures to protect themselves against visitors from the United States, Canada and Britain.

“The directive applies only to patients from [the US and Canada] who come to Zurich for elective [non-essential] health treatments,” Zurich University Hospital spokeswoman Petra Seeburger told swissinfo.ch.

“It is not because treatment is not financed; it is because of different legal systems.”

In a statement the hospital said it was “not prepared to risk astronomical damages or a massive increase in premiums”.

Seeburger emphasised that the restrictions only affected people not domiciled in Switzerland.

“Of the 170,000 patients Zurich University hospital treats annually, about 3,000 come from abroad and 30 are North Americans. these are mainly emergencies and would of course continue to be treated,” she said.

“Most patients choosing the Zurich University Hospital come from countries near Switzerland, the Middle East or Russia.”

Consent formsIn the southern canton of Valais medical tourists have to sign a “specific consent form” which states that the limits of responsibility are fixed in Swiss civil law.

Bernard Gruson from Geneva University Hospital says all patients have to sign a consent form, whether they are foreign or not.

Other Swiss hospitals aren’t so risk averse.

“As long as a patient is sufficiently insured or has paid a deposit, we’ll treat them,” was the response from university hospitals in Bern and Basel.

“We have a good liability insurance – including for foreign claims,” said Andreas Bitterlin from Basel University Hospital, which last year treated around a hundred North Americans as inpatients.

Health tourism pioneerSwitzerland has a long history of medical tourism, dating back to the 19th century when wealthy travellers came to “take the waters”.

In the early days healing mineral waters and fresh alpine air promised miracle cures for all kinds of diseases, notably tuberculosis.

Nowadays, private Swiss clinics advertise surgery in in-flight magazines while agencies specialising in organising medical treatment for foreigners offer a deluxe service covering everything from interpreters to visas.

People travel to Switzerland for a broad range of treatments and procedures, plastic surgery included. One well publicised patient was Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi who came to Switzerland for an eye operation two years ago. the late Saudi King Fahd also underwent medical treatment in Switzerland.

Discreet SwitzerlandThe health tourism sector is estimated to be worth SFr900 million ($870 million) a year as Switzerland’s reputation for healthcare excellence holds firm.

Nevertheless, experts believe Switzerland could still do more to attract wealthy foreigners looking for top class treatment.

A study on Switzerland’s potential in the area, carried out by Zurich-based think tank the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute, highlighted complex cases requiring specialist treatment. Discreet Switzerland could also offer privacy to VIPs, it said.

A forecast by Deloitte Consulting published in August 2008 projected that medical tourism originating in the US could jump by a factor of ten over the next decade. An estimated 750,000 Americans went abroad for health care in 2007.

The growth in medical tourism has the potential to cost US healthcare providers billions of dollars in lost revenue, it said.
