Chihuahua homicide investigators arrested a Juárez man accused of killing his romantic partner in an argument over plastic surgery, prosecutors said Monday.
Isaac Martinez Portilla, 28, is accused of homicide in the death of Arnulfo Manuel Lopez Moreno, 18, who went by the names of “Viviana” and “Abril”. on Saturday, Lopez’s remains were found buried in the backyard of the couple’s former home in Juárez.
