Anyone who has ever considered having plastic surgery has more than likely heard some horror story from someone about a surgery that did not turn out well. or they may have read an article on someone who had surgery that left them scarred or looking fake and plastic. These kinds of stories are heard and they have happened to people. Sometimes complications can lead to terrible plastic surgery for someone. It might not be complications that cause a problem but also may be a person has had too many procedures and has started to look more plastic than real. they may have had a Botox treatment that did not quite go as they planned and left them with a stiff, unnatural look instead of the younger look they hoped for. Even a simple seemingly noninvasive surgery can have complications that can lead to more problems or more surgeries to correct a mistake. no surgery is ever 100% guaranteed to turn out exactly the way a person plans it, there is always a risk involved and always a chance complications may happen.
If someone is not a good candidate to have a surgery but the surgeon agrees to do it anyway there is a higher risk of complications for that person. It does not always happen but the risk is there and a terrible plastic surgery can happen. someone left with excess scarring after a procedure may require more surgeries to fix it and it can leave them emotionally damaged. Knowing the surgeon a person picks to do their surgery is qualified, has done the surgery many times and has references can help cut the risk of complications. This is also a way for someone to make sure they have the best surgeon they can, by checking references and the degree the surgeon has. Ask how many times they have done the surgery before.
