GRAND RAPIDS – when Bristol Palin stepped out in a little black and white minidress on dress Tuesday in New York City, wagging tongues weren’t wondering who she was wearing.
People bypassed couture, not to mention the presence of Kevin Jonas or Ciara on the red carpet and went right to plastic surgery.
Has the daughter of Sarah Palin, who now looks more like Kim Kardashian, had a little work done?
E! News reported today that a spokesperson for Palin, a finalist last fall on “Dancing with the Stars,” had had liposuction, chin implants, lip injections or any other nip and tuck.
Dr. Brian Glatt, a board-certified New Jersey-based plastic surgeon, told E! News, he suspected a little scalpel was responsible for her newly sculpted face that’s given her Cher’s cheekbones.
“Overall, she went from having a square face to a heart-shaped face, and a heart-shaped face is considered more beautiful,” Glatt told E! News.

Palin’s spokespeople say Palin lost weight last fall during her stint on “Dancing with the Stars” and has continued to drop pounds ever since.
In November, during the ABC-TV competition’s two-hour finale, Palin and her partner, Mark Ballas, finished in third place, losing to champion Jennifer Grey of “Dirty Dancing” fame, another famous face rendered not so familiar after a little nasal adjustment.

But Palin had been absent from the public eye since December, adding to the speculation that she was recovering from more pain than that caused by sore feet or bruises that don’t come from a bruised ego.
Last weekend, she debuted her makeover at the MSNBC White House Correspondents’ Dinner after-party in Washington D.C., photographed in the New York Daily News.
On Tuesday in the big Apple, Palin walked the red carpet in gray peep-toe pumps during Candie’s Foundation Gala to raise money to prevent teenage pregnancies. through educational campaigns. the 10th annual gala was scheduled during National Teen Pregnancy Awareness Month.
The Hollywood Gossip doesn’t mince words, calling Palin’s new appearance “a shocking new look.”
