The need to look perfect in today’s society seems to be growing by the day, more and more people are dissatisfied with what they have been given and instead are turning to plastic surgery in order to enhance themselves. There are a number of common procedures that exist on the market today including tummy tucks, face lifts and breast enlargements. Having said that one of the most common procedures it seems is labiaplasty.
Some people are probably wondering what labiaplasty is at this very moment? Basically it is a procedure to change the shape or density of someone’s lips and it has become a very common procedure after a number of high profile celebrities have had procedures to enhance their pouting features.
Katie Price or her alter ego Jordon has had her lips enhanced through labiaplasty over the years and strangely she seems to be a lady who most people seem to inspire to be. I’m sure Katie is a very nice person if you got to meet her, but she seems to spend half of her time hiding behind, make-up, fake hair and enhanced body parts. Maybe someone hurt her when she was younger and she has now hidden behind this protective mask, maybe we will never find out. I just find it slightly sad that when you speak to half of these girls who want to aspire to be Katie that it is the looks aspect that they are aspiring after.
Young girls seem to aspire to have the perfect pout just like Scarlett Johansson, however as far as we know Scarlett has never had to undergo a labiaplasty procedure she was just blessed with that look from birth and that is the thing, we can’t all look perfect, some of us will look better than others, but maybe we should all be happy with what we have. Maybe you could get some minor work done, but at the end of the day if you end up having too many procedures performed then it is likely that you will end up looking extremely plastic and fake. That’s fine if you want to look like a Barbie doll, but maybe some people find natural beauty more attractive.
If you do decide to go for a labiaplasty procedure you do need to take care too. Leslie Ash famously went for a procedure and suffered for it. her lips have not returned to normal even to this day and yet she had beautiful lips in the first place.
Surgery isn’t for everyone, but if you are considering getting a procedure done, then make sure you go through an authorised and accredited organisation and that you are covered for any accidents.
