I’m curious as to who carries around a tape recorder? I’m not condoning Mel’s rants, but who’s to say what was said before the recorder was turned on? Did he have a history of domestic violence with his ex-wife? I think there is more to this story than meets the eye.

it is illegal to tape someone without their knowledge under any cir***stances in California. how did the tapes get out? She denied any knowledge of how these tapes got out? Yeah, right. Im glad that he is suing her for extortion. i dont believe this woman’s lies for a second. if she was really abused in January- why didnt she leave immediatley with the child to protect him? she is full of lies and money hungry.
