On the opposite side of the spectrum, the list of plastic surgery procedures that many men and women use to decrease the volume in their features and body is just as long. first, the nose job procedure is still in the top five performed procedures in any annual statistical reporting. Patients have a bump shaved down or their nostrils tapered in, etc. second, lip reduction is a little rare, but it is still performed each year in extreme cases. Third, liposuction is growing as one of the most popular ways to decrease body volume for men and women who are otherwise healthy, but are still overweight. This procedure can be performed from the neck down to the legs in order to eliminate some of the excess, subcutaneous fat. Forth, the tummy tuck procedure helps to redefine the abdomen with three technique options. Lastly, the breast reduction eliminates a little bit of volume in the chest in order to make the patient more comfortable. All of the volume reducing or increasing procedures simply aim to help each patient feel more comfortable in their own skin, regardless of size.
