Newly-Approved BELOTERO Balance® Dermal Filler Available at Changes Plastic Surgery & Spa

BELOTERO® offers a great alternative for filling around the eyes and fine wrinkles of the face. the nature of the product allows spreading of the product without fear of lumpiness, one of the common complications of fillers.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) may 23, 2012

Changes Plastic Surgery is excited to announce the arrival of BELOTERO Balance® (Merz Aesthetics), the newest hyaluronic acid filler for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. BELOTERO Balance® joins a host of other well-known filler products such as Juvederm™ (Allergan) and Restylane™ (Medicis).

BELOTERO Balance® is a thinner hyaluronic acid composition which is useful for filling fine lines. BELOTERO dermal filler has recently been FDA-approved for injection into the dermis for the correction of moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds.

Gilbert Lee, M.D., FACS of changes Plastic Surgery & Spa in San Diego, CA. has the following to say about BELOTERO Balance®:

“BELOTERO® offers a great alternative for filling around the eyes and fine wrinkles of the face. the nature of the product allows spreading of the product without fear of lumpiness, one of the common complications of fillers.”

Dr. Lee also notes that BELOTERO® seems to have the lowest complication rate in sensitive, hard to fill areas, with equal lasting power of comparable fillers on the market today.

While BELOTERO® will not hit the major marketplace for several more months, changes Plastic Surgery has had a unique opportunity to preview the product. It is currently available for select patients prior to its major launch later this summer.

BELOTERO® Balance Dermal Filler is the newest addition to the Merz Aesthetics’ balanced portfolio of products in the U.S. which includes RADIESSE™ Volumizing Filler and other product brands.

Gilbert Lee, M.D., FACS has been practicing in San Diego, CA since 1994 and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

What is it with those Hills chicks and their plastic surgery?

Thu, 14 January 2010 3:22PM

I always enjoy watching a Hills marathon, more for the fact that it’s like watching the The Curious Case of Benjamin Button rather than a quality TV show. I mean, looking at the ‘transformation’ of Heidi Montag throughout the seasons is eye catching enough, let alone throwing Stephanie Pratt into the mix, too.

In a recent interview with People magazine, Heidi Montag made the shock confession that she was, in fact, addicted to plastic surgery. Umm, I’m sorry Heidi but I could have told you that years ago. About the time when your nose miraculously got smaller and your cans doubled in size.

I do give Heidi points for being honest about it. so many Hollywood celebs pretend that their features just ‘changed’ over night, but what does disturb me is the fact that fame has caused Heidi to go from this…

As you can see, Primpers, it’s a massive change. and after having a nose job revision, chin reduction, mini brow lift, botox in forehead and frown area, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, liposuction on waist, hips and inner and outer thighs, buttock augmentation and breast augmentation revision in ONE DAY, it’s no surprise she looks like a new age cat woman (and not the sexy kind, the scary kind). It’s too much. right? please say right.

However, it’s not just Heidi who’s been bitten by that nasty plastic surgery bug, fellow Hills star Stephanie Pratt has gone from this…

But I’m not here to get on my donkey and rat these chicks out for their strange life choices. if they want to get 10,000 plastic surgery procedures in one day, that’s their choice. Whatevs. but as a beauty editor, I do feel it’s my duty to stress to each and everyone of my precious Primpers that THIS IS NOT A GOOD LOOK.

I’m hoping you all agree with me. but if not, here is my case against The Hills plastic surgery overload…

- when you have size DDD boobs, they DO NOT need to get any bigger (Heidi told People she’s already wanting bigger cans).

- huge, big lips are not sexy. Ever. Unless you’re Angelina Jolie and they’re real. Fake ones, look shit.

- At 23, botox is probably less useful to you than a Poise Incontinence Pad. You’re young and your skin is, too. You don’t need to freeze it for at least another 8 years. At least.

- By the time Heidi and Steph are 50, imagine what they are going to look like. It’s not like you get one thing and then you’re good to go, you have to keep it up. Let’s just say, Jocelyn Wildenstein will look positively natural compared to these two.

- and finally, it’s addictive. Even Heidi confessed that “for the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done. I’m beyond obsessed.” That’s just not right Primpers.

So, I’m hoping that you all agree with me on this one and think that Heidi and Stephanie have gone too far. What do you think of their look?who else has gone too far with the PS?How far would you go?

Facial Plastic Surgery

HOUSTON, TX, August 06, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ — BOTOX is a well-known facial rejuvenation treatment, so well-known that many people ask for it by name without knowing about the alternatives. while BOTOX Cosmetic does give real results, its results are short-term and it does not address many of the common signs of aging. there are better options for many people, and to increase the options for Houston-area patients The Plastic Surgery Institute of Southeast Texas is now offering a short-scar facelift, technically known as a MACS lift.MACS stands for Minimal Access Cranial Suspension. Like a traditional facelift , the MACS lift tightens facial muscles and skin to reduce sagging and facial folds. It improves the appearance of jowls, nasolabial folds, and sagging cheeks. Excess facial fat can be removed as well. The MACS lift differs from traditional facelifts in that it uses only a short incision in front of the ear, instead of one that curves around the ear. The MACS facelift also involves minimal pain, and most patients are able to get up and walk around the day after surgery. Overall, recovery is significantly quicker than for the traditional facelift.”When people ask for BOTOX,” says Dr. Leo Lapuerta of the Plastic Surgery Institute of Southeast Texas, “they are asking for facial rejuvenation without a long downtime. but for many people, the results of BOTOX Cosmetic injections are not enough to get the look they desire, and the short-term results (about three to four months) can be a turn-off as well. It’s important that people consider all their options, such as short-scar–sometimes called “mini”–facelift procedures.”To ensure that they get the best procedure for them, patients are encouraged to talk to a board-certified plastic surgeon about available options before agreeing to any procedure. about Plastic Surgery Institute of Southeast Texas The Plastic Surgery Institute of Southeast Texas is the private practice of triple-board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Leo Lapuerta.
