Police in America are investigating the death of a 20-year-old British woman who had a silicone injection into her buttocks at a hotel in Philadelphia.
Detective Joseph Murray said the woman became unwell shortly after the injections and was taken to a nearby hospital. however, she died early on Tuesday morning, he said.
