Dr. Andrew Klapper, 40, performed multiple surgeries — including a tummy tuck and a butt lift — on Graziano, 43, while being filmed for the VH1 reality show “Mob Wives” in June 2011.

After the surgery, Graziano told interviewers, from Anderson Cooper to “the View,” that she’d lost six pints of blood and almost died.

Her lies have torpedoed Klapper’s business, said his attorney, Barry Levin — and she even stiffed him on the $30,000 bill.

“she has gone out of her way to destroy his life so she can see herself on reality television,” Levin said. “she didn’t do this on her own. This was an orchestrated attack to increase their ratings.”

VH1, the Weinstein Company and four other defendants are also named in the $77 million suit. A Graziano representative and spokesmen for VH1 and the Weinstein Company all declined to comment.
